Preparation

  • In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

Cooking

  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add oil or butter to melt.
  • Dip the slices of bread one by one into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated but not too soggy.
  • Place the bread slices in the hot pan and cook until one side is golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the bread and cook the other side until golden.
  • Remove from the pan and sprinkle with fresh coriander before serving.

Notes
