Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a round 9-inch cake pan with butter.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  • Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently folding until just combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the greased pan and evenly spread it out.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
