  • 400 grams Baked Beans Canned or homemade are both great.
  • 4 slices Toast Sourdough or whole grain recommended.
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes Halved and grilled or sautéed.
  • 200 grams Mushrooms Sliced and sautéed.
  • 1 medium Potato Optional, can be crispy hash brown or chips.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In another pan, crack the eggs and cook to your liking, adding a pinch of salt for flavor.
  • Sauté sliced mushrooms in the same pan as the sausages if there's space, stirring occasionally until golden.
  • Toast or grill the bread until lightly golden and crispy.
  • Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan until warmed through.
  • Grill or sauté halved tomatoes until slightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.

Serving

  • On a large platter, arrange the sausages, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, and tomatoes next to the toast.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
